Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 637 reviews.

The product-is what it is…. The difference is the SilverHorse customer service. I’ve purchased from SH maybe…15 times…. And every time, without fail, the order goes into SH system the next business day, shipping goes out as promised, and the product arrives as expected. Maybe two of those 15 or 20 orders needed some clarification, or were subject to a minor delay-and the communication is quick, professional, and the proposed solution was reasonable and customer-centric. Most of the non SH items I’ve purchased are available from other e-tailers, but based on the great service, I now go to SH website first, every time.

The bag doesn't look as big as it actually is I was able to condense a bunch of stuff into this one bag. High quality.
